Service and Maintenance

MizCo has a dedicated service department. We service and maintain over 75 sites with Johnson Controls BMS/Access/CCTV/Security systems. Our mobile technicians attend to service and breakdown calls as well as perform routine service maintenance.

We implement the following service schedule:

  • Warranty obligations
  • 24/7 call out
  • 6-monthly/Yearly - Preventative maintenance checks (inputs and outputs are calibrated and tested)
  • Monthly/Quarterly – Access Control, CCTV, security systems

A service report is supplied for each callout or maintenance schedule.
