Marine and Offshore

As an HVAC E&I systems specialist, MizCo offers packaged solutions to the mining, marine & offshore and oil and gas sectors.

MizCo has the inhouse resources to engineer, manufacture, project manage and commission a range of products including fully programmed PLC/DDC based UCPs and control panels, group starter panels, heater control panels and motor control centres.

The MizCo management system is certified to ISO 9001:2008, ensuring industry standards are met and documented.

A team of skilled personnel are on hand to undertake client liaison, project management , commissioning and site surveys in any location in the world.

Engineering

As a Systems Integrator, MizCo regularly takes on projects from concept / feed stage to final engineering and design of the complete control system. We develop a complete suite of project documentation from block diagrams, schematics and termination diagrams as well as general arrangement drawings for manufactured panels.

MizCo writes the PLC/DDC code. Our other documents include loop diagrams, data sheets and hook up drawings.

Manufacturing

From our manufacturing premises in Malaga, Western Australia, MizCo designs and manufactures a range of custom-built control panels to client specifications.

A wide range of enclosure designs are available, manufactured from mild steel, aluminium and stainless steel. Our work is finished with an electrostatic protective coating or, where project specifications require, we can provide proprietary certified enclosures. MizCo is a certified “CUBIC” manufacturer.

All equipment selections are from industry standard or customer-approved vendors.

Installation Supervision and Commissioning

MizCo provides the services of experienced supervision and commissioning technicians to assist in construction and completion. All personnel involved in site work are suitably qualified for working in remote, off-shore and hazardous areas and are HVAC control systems specialists.
