Project Management
A dedicated full time project management team will be established to oversee all aspects
of your project, typically: -
• Design
• Procurement
• Manufacture of equipment
• Logistics including packing, shipping (Ex Works or FOB as required)
• Liaison with client on all technical and commercial matters
• Factory acceptance tests
• Commissioning and system handover
• Final documentation
Design meetings with client throughout the project lifecycle ensure that all requirements are met and fully define the systems, extent of supply and interfaces required.
